Classic Cover Bowser Retro Fridge Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The Classic Cover Bowser Fridge Competition (“Competition”) is being run by Classic Cover Insurance Limited (“Classic Cover”). These Terms and Conditions are specific to this Competition and do not apply to any other competition(s) run by Classic Cover, NZ Underwriting Agencies Limited (“NZUA”) or their Related Companies (as defined under the Companies Act 1993).
One entry will be drawn to win the Prize (“Winner”). These Terms and Conditions must be accepted in order for the Winner to receive the Prize. If the Winner does not accept the Terms, the Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be drawn.
2. The Prize
The Prize consists of:
- One (1) custom Classic Cover Retro Bowser Fridge (approximate value $3,900).
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
3. Eligibility and Entry Restrictions
To qualify as an eligible entrant (“Eligible Entrant”), participants must:
- Hold an existing Classic Cover insurance policy that is valid, current and fully paid (either annually or by instalments with no arrears) as at 5 pm on Saturday, 28th February 2026.
An Eligible Entrant must not be:
- An employee, contractor, executive or board member of NZUA or their Related Companies; or
- A spouse, partner or immediate family member of any of the above.
The Promotion Period runs from 9 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Entry
All Eligible Entrants are automatically entered into the Competition.
If an Eligible Entrant does not wish to be entered into the Competition, at any time during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Entrant can manually opt out of the Competition either by contacting Classic Cover or by clicking the following link here.
If a Winner declines the Prize or refuses these Terms and Conditions, they may forfeit the Prize in writing, and a replacement Winner will be drawn.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- The Winner will be drawn electronically at random on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at approximately 9:00 am.
- Classic Cover will contact the Winner using the contact details associated with their current Classic Cover policy.
Classic Cover will attempt to make contact up to three (3) times.
If no direct contact is made within seven (7) days, the Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be drawn.
6. Prize Delivery
Shipping of the Prize within New Zealand is included up to a maximum value of $250 NZD.
Any costs exceeding this amount are the Winner’s responsibility.
Delivery is limited to New Zealand addresses only.
7. Privacy
Classic Cover may collect and use personal information as required to administrate the Competition, verify eligibility, and contact the Winner. All information will be held in accordance with Classic Cover’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

8. Publicity & Media Use
By entering the Competition and accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that Classic Cover may use their:
- Name
- Photograph(s)
- Video content
- Social media tags or reposted content (if applicable)
for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
This may include use across social media channels, EDMs, print advertising, event photography and ongoing campaign promotion.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk. Classic Cover is not responsible for ongoing maintenance, warranty, servicing or any additional costs associated with ownership of the Prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Cover and its employees, agents and representatives accept no liability for:
- Loss or damage
- Injury
- Technical failure
- Missed entries or delayed contact
arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize.
10. General
Classic Cover reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Competition or amend these Terms at any time. All decisions relating to eligibility, the Prize, timing and interpretation of these Terms are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any external brand.
