Being involved in an Accident or having you prized possession stolen can be very stressful, here at Classic Cover, Tania and the Team work hard to make the claims process as smooth and easy as we can for you.
- Let us know about any damage or loss as soon as possible by phoning us on 0800 456 254. Our Claims Administrator will then talk you through the information that we need to get your repairs underway, or what will happen if your vehicle is a total loss.
- You can download a Claim form ( PDF version ) from this page, complete it and return to Classic Cover Insurance Ltd, PO Box 974 , Hamilton, 3240 . Attn: Claims Administrator.
- If your claim is for a windscreen only, you do not need to complete a form, simply call your chosen repairer to start the repair. They can phone us for any policy information.
- Vero have a network of preferred repairers throughout the country, and if you choose to have your vehicle repaired with one of them, they will guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle – as long as you still own it.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please phone us on 0800 456 254 as soon as possible if you have received documents from anyone else about your claim.

- Notify the Police immediately if your car or bike has been stolen.
- Obtain the third party’s details including name, address, phone and registration number.
- Please talk to us first before spending any money on repairs or replacement parts. If it is an emergency, Vero will pay reasonable costs of essential repairs so you can get your vehicle to your destination or repairer, but keep all receipts to claim a reimbursement.
- If you may have caused damage to someone else’s property, please don’t admit you are at fault. Simply say you need to speak with your insurer and phone us on 0800 456 254
